Return policy

Returns accepted within 30 days from purchase date . Buyer is responsible for return shipping and item must be returned in the same ORIGINAL, UNOPENED condition to receive a refund . Unless item is excluded below .

Excluded Items-
Due to manufacturer restrictions, the weight and fragility, SOME Broan-NuTone ventilation hoods cannot be returned (unless sated on listing). We encourage you do the proper research to make sure you are ordering the correct size and unit that you need . We also encourage to fully examine the item before accepting it from the carrier as a signature may be required . In the event the shipping package shows any kind of damage please DON’T accept the item.

Any defective/DOA Broan items must sent directly to Broan to utilize manufacturer warranty . Do not send back to us . Below is Broan’s number.

For all vacuums, and cleaning machines if the item is opened and shows signs of use a refund will not be issued. Please read 

all​ proper specs before purchasing.

**If your order is delivered damaged, it must be reported to JCD Products with pictures(This helps us recover the loss with the carrier) within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery. The items must be in the original box, with the original packaging and the original shipping label.ALL Vapamore products are double boxed and foam packed to prevent shipping damage.

**For any items returned back to us due to wrong address given, or the carrier was unable to get a signature if required you will be charged the shipping and it will be at our discretion to charge a restocking fee.

**We are not liable for wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents that take place after delivery.

**We are not liable for damage during return shipping.

**It is at our discretion to charge on all non-defective returns a restocking fee of up to  30%
